    The place was gorgeous and stunningly beautiful and the staff were excellent co-operating, the location was favourable to two popular restaurants. The service was perfect, we had a not expensive and absolutely superb breakfast with many sandwiches and pastries and very suspect bacon.

    Particularly good and fab location for our visit to Na Spa not very far from the hotel. Beautifully maintained room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures...

    I have to say the only good thing about this hotel is their free internet,the speed is acceaptable,not too slow, compare with other hotel that I stayed in Thailan.Never stay in this hotel!!!!

    It was a very very bad expenrience for to stay at Pullman hotel. I cant believe this hotel is a five star hotel. The first thing happened on my check in, they didnt show any pleasure that they welcome guest to stay in their hotel. 1st, When I back to my room, they forgot to bring my luggage, I went to front desk by myself and ask them for it. 2nd thing was I asked for internet password information several times, they said they will give to me very soon, but I wait in my room for 2 hours, no one show up. So I go out for a walk and dinner, after that, I wentta front desk by meself and finally got my free internet password. 3rd, I wish to get info to airport, they charge 45THB for a local phone call for the bus company. Very poor service!

    My experience was severely impacted by the poor maintenance of the hotel facilities. The air conditioning in our room was not only cold but also very humid was nice. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, and my repeated requests for assistance were mostly ignored, leading me to cut my stay short.

    Possibly the best and great stay on our next Thailand visit. Pretty friendly employees with nice manners. Gorgeous, stunning location close to beach road, and the sea or pools. Also, in north Pattaya.

    For the amount we paid the Pullman Asiawan was pretty good. The pool area and beach are very nice. Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

    It was our first visit to Thailand and overall we were pleased with our choice. However I think it demonstrated the variation in quality and standards relative to star ratings around the world. The 5 star rated Asiawan does not relate to 5 star where we live in Dubai. Of course the price is very different as well so it would be unfair to expect the same. The things that let the Asiawan down were smaller details. We were staying for 6 nights and there are only 4 clothes hangers in the wardrobes. I called reception and they came to the room promptly with more but why not just have more in the first place? There was a damaged panel on the vanity. The type of thing that could be fixed in 5 mins with a drill and a few screws and virtually no cost, why was it left like that? The staff although very courteous and friendly are not particularly aware. It was difficult to catch a servers eye when you wanted a drink or food service near the pool and there didn't really seem to be the least bit concern when you end up chasing them because you are waiting almost 10 minutes for a coffee. Small things I know, but quite annoying.

    The pools were spacious and perfect for unwinding, with well-maintained swim areas. The staff treated me with care and attentiveness. Breakfast each morning had a wide range of delicious options. I found the bathroom could use some updates since it felt a bit outdated and the shower temperature was hard to adjust properly. Limited pool loungers made it challenging to find a spot when I wanted to relax by the pool. A fantastic vacation, but some improvements are definitely needed in certain areas.
